qualifications
I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I trained at The Minster Centre, a leading institute for psychotherapy training. I hold a BA and an Advanced PGDip, and I am in the final stages of an MA. My training has been well-rounded, in depth and textured, rather than focussing on one modality, I draw on a great breadth of theories, approaches and styles, versatile to each individual.
I have experienced the immense and quiet power of therapy both as a client and as a therapist supporting clients. Before and alongside becoming a therapist, my career has been centred around community, arts and wellbeing.
I work with people through an array of experiences, transitions and challenges. My therapy work in the community has included work at a university, low cost services and a charity with face to face support for those experiencing suicidal thoughts and feelings.
